LG Viewty Smart GC900 Is Finally Official

The highly anticipated LG Viewty Smart or LG GC900 is finally official. As mentioned before, that new handset boasts an 8 Megapixel autofocus camera with Schneider-Kreuznach lens that features sensitivity up to ISO 1600, Multi-Face Detection, Touch Shot, Panorama Shot, Beauty Shot, Art Shot, continual Shot, DVD-quality D1 video recording and LED flash. The camera is additionally equipped with an intelligent Shot Mode which automatically analyzes scenes and lighting conditions in order to adjust the camera settings.
Other interesting features include a
3.0-inch TFT touchscreen display with 800 x 480 resolution, S-Class Touch UI, A-GPS, geo-tagging, music player, DivX/XviD/MPEG4 player, 1.5GB of internal memory, microSDHC card support (up to 32GB), WiFi, Bluetooth 2.0 with A2DP and HSDPA 2100 connectivity. The phone will be available through operators in Europe starting that May and thereupon launch in other markets around the world. Sadly, there’s no word on pricing yet.
